| Ningbo Huashuo Molding & Machine Co.,Ltd is a joint venture was established in 2002 and is located in Ningbo Development Zone and nearby Ningbo Port(Top 2 of Chinese port). The company drew out of Beilun Huada Mould Plant that has a history of more than 20 years experience of specializing in making of various die-casting dies and plastic injection moulds, and various plastic injection parts, and aluminum, Zinc die-casting parts. Ningbo Huashuo is one of the first group members of Ningbo Mould Industry Association, as well as the member of the council of the Association.
Ningbo Huashuo has over 600 staff and workers including around sixty senior management personnel, senior engineers and special talent who with bachelor-degree or above-level education background. In 2005 Ningbo Huashuo produced more than 400sets of various qualified finished moulds, more than 4000-ton aluminium and zine die-casting products and more than 2000-ton various injected plastic products, with the turnover of more than CNY150 million.
Ningbo Huashuo invited a few German experts on the certain technical fields to guide the company’s design team, engineering and technical personnel on the special technology aspect to improve the idea of mould design, die-casting and injection process and fine machining technics greatly to lay a solid foundation for guarantee of offering clients high-quality products with reasonable price in timely delivery.
